Project Giveback Community
Service Organization 14th Annual Thanksgiving Food Distribution Saturday, November 22, 2008
Working with us will only take up a small part of your morning but will have a lasting effect on those who will benefit from your efforts, including you! Project Giveback is a children friendly organization, we welcome children at our events as we believe you are never too young to learn the importance of "Giving Back". We also provide community service hours for students.
Assemble Boxes on Nov 22nd at 6:30 a.m. @ Bell Multicultural HS, 3101 16th Street, NW, Wash., D.C., 20010 If you are working the 6:30AM shift, you no longer need to check in upon arrival and should proceed to the cafeteria (unless otherwise directed) to begin assembling the food boxes. Deliver Food within the DC Metropolitan Area on Nov 22nd, 8:30 am (Maps will be provided) If you are working the 8:30AM shift, you should check in to be direct to the delivery desk. 2:00PM-4:00PM - Barry Farms Recreation Center - 10 volunteers needed to distribute food boxes, located at 1320 Sumner Road, S.E., Washington, D.C. 20020.
